Our workshops are structured experiences with guided instruction, and arriving on time is important to both your experience and the flow of the workshop.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted and will be considered a no-show. Tickets forfeited due to late arrival are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another workshop.
For floral workshops, we also cannot guarantee flower or material availability for late arrivals.
