Workshop Policies

We understand that plans can change. Tickets may be canceled for a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your workshop.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. Tickets are also non-refundable for no-shows or missed workshops.
If you are eligible for a refund, you may cancel your ticket and book another available workshop through our website.

Our workshops are structured experiences with guided instruction, and arriving on time is important to both your experience and the flow of the workshop.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be admitted and will be considered a no-show. Tickets forfeited due to late arrival are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another workshop.
For floral workshops, we also cannot guarantee flower or material availability for late arrivals.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Workshop FAQ's

Our workshops are designed primarily for adults. Most workshops are open to guests 18 and older, while select events may be 21+ .Please review the individual workshop listing for its specific age requirement.

Complimentary parking is available directly in front of our building. There is no charge for parking.

Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full workshop. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and may not be admitted, as late entry can disrupt instruction and the flow of the workshop.

No previous experience is required unless otherwise stated in the workshop description. Our instructors provide guidance throughout the creative process.

Yes. Materials needed to complete your project are included unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.

Everything needed for your workshop will be provided unless the event listing says otherwise. Guests are welcome to bring any permitted beverages or personal items outlined in their specific workshop details.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to attend individually, with a friend, or as part of a group.

Workshop lengths vary depending on the project. The estimated duration will be listed on each workshop page.

Come comfortable and ready to create. Some workshops involve paint, flowers, adhesives, or other craft materials, so we recommend wearing something you won’t mind potentially getting a little messy.
