We can work with your theme and color palette to create an event that feels personal to you and your guests.Every private event includes a custom-curated playlist based on the music you and your guests enjoy. You’re welcome to have food catered or bring your own food and beverages, or let us take care of light bites as an optional addition.
And hosting doesn’t necessarily mean paying for everyone. We can create a private ticket link that allows each guest to purchase their own seat, similar to inviting friends to a birthday dinner where everyone covers their own meal. You get the experience of hosting a private celebration without having to cover the entire cost yourself.

How Private Events Work

Submit Your Inquiry
Complete the inquiry form and share your preferred date, guest count, workshop or creative activity, and event details.

Schedule a Consultation
We'll schedule a consultation call to learn more about your vision and discuss the details that will make your event feel personal.

Confirm Your Event
Once the details are confirmed, you'll receive your private event agreement and deposit information.
Private Event FAQ's
What is the minimum guest count?
Private events are booked with a 10-guest minimum. You’re welcome to host a smaller gathering, however, pricing will be based on the 10-guest minimum.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your deposit allows us to begin preparing for your event, including planning, facilitator scheduling, sourcing materials, and other event-specific preparations.
How far in advance can I book?
You may reserve your event as far in advance as you would like, subject to availability. We recommend booking early if you have a specific date in mind.
Can I bring food and beverages?
Yes. You’re welcome to have food catered or bring your own food and beverages. If you’d prefer not to coordinate food yourself, light bites can also be arranged as an optional addition to your event.
Can I customize my event?
Yes. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, including colors, theme, music preferences, workshop selection, and other special details you’d like us to consider.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Your $350 deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, you may request to reschedule your event based on available dates, provided the request is made at least 30 days before your scheduled event.
